Light yellow to lime green. A fruit salad nose featuring beautiful notes of peach, melon, pineapple and citrus. The palate is rich and has juicy flavours of lime, guava and pineapple with a wonderful texture, which is almost crunchy.

Middle Earth Nelson Sauvignon Blanc 2019

A significant 40-day dry spell has given this wine aromas of the parched stones of the riverbed, spent summer flowers and wiry nettles. Dry to taste - these characters carry through onto the palate which is a quenching oasis from the heat. A pleasing acidity and saline note which speaks of our coastal proximity stretch the wine out to a long finish.

The Sauvignon Blanc in this wine displays tropical fruit and citrus aromas which are complemented by the grassy nuances of Semillon. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant showing passionfruit characters with a crisp lingering finish.

Clean clear lemon and lime green colour. Fruit driven with classic Sauvignon Blanc flavours of passion fruit, melon and a touch of lemon. Bursting with classic passionfruit, melon and lemon citrus flavours. The noticeable tropical fruit works inline with natural grape acid to ensure a crisp lingering finish. Made to drink upon release or over the next couple of years while the fruit flavour is most vibrant.

Vibrant straw to lime green in colour. Lifted aromas of gooseberry, pineapple, lemon and lime with freshly cut grass notes. The palate displays tropical notes with an allure of passion fruit, lime, melon and a touch of lemon with crisp natural fruit acidity.

The individual parcels were machine harvested in the cool of the night and then crushed and pressed on arrival to the winery. Once settled, the clear juices were racked off and inoculated with aromatic yeast strains. One finished ferment; the resulting wines were blended together and prepared to bottle.

The blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is one of the classic Margaret River wine styles.

The Dianne Victorian Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Sourced from premium vineyards across Victoria. After a superb growing season of warm days and cool nights, the grapes were night harvested, then the juice was carefully crushed before fermentation in stainless steel to ensure fruit flavour was focus. After minimal handling the wine was filtered and bottled. 

1838 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Sourced from vineyards across South Australia. Harvested at the cool of night before being transported to the winery then we crushed the fruit quickly to separate the clear juice from the skins. We used specific yeast for Sauvignon Blanc and after a cool fermentation the wine was carefully filtered and bottled to retain all the appealing fruit flavours.
