1838 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Sourced from vineyards across South Australia. Harvested at the cool of night before being transported to the winery then we crushed the fruit quickly to separate the clear juice from the skins. We used specific yeast for Sauvignon Blanc and after a cool fermentation the wine was carefully filtered and bottled to retain all the appealing fruit flavours.

Clare Hills Clare Valley Riesling 2019 By Neil Pike

The grapes for this wine were both machine and hand harvested, then transported to the winery, crushed, chilled and pressed as soon as possible prior to the juice being clarified by cold settling. It was then inoculated with a neutral, pure yeast culture and fermentation carried out in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks for on average 25 days. The wine was stabilised, blended and then filtered prior to bottling in June 2018.

Wirrega Vineyards Limestone Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Wirrega Vineyards near Mundulla in South Australia’s Limestone Coast have been growing quality wine grapes for the last 25 years. The area is littered with enormous sink holes, that open up during periods of heavy rain to top up the enormous underground aquifers. Locally these sink holes are referred to as ‘Runaway’ holes.

Normans White Label Lean & Green PET Chardonnay 2018

Machine harvested in the cool early hours of the morning from a vineyard in South Australia. We crushed, chilled and fermented the juice at controlled temperatures in the cool cellar. Extended lees stirring added a degree of complexity ensuring this wine over delivers in terms of quality and overall structure despite the use of no oak. The wine was bottled after careful filtration to retain the vibrant fruit and depth of varietal flavours.

The Alexander Cameron Limestone Coast Pinot Gris 2019

The individual parcels were machine harvested in the cool of the night and then crushed and pressed on arrival to the winery. Once settled, the clear juices were racked off and inoculated with aromatic yeast strains. One finished ferment; the resulting wines were blended together and prepared to bottle.
