Pale lemon with green hues. Lifted citrus and nectarine fruit. Full flavoured bursting with white peach and nectarine fruit with a zippy citrus finish. The finish has a wonderful mineral character which runs down the spine of the wine.

Pale Straw in colour. Lovely aromas with alluring multi-dimensional layers, there are notes of lemon, lime and fig with touches of nuts and frangipani flowers. Pears, lime, lemon with beautifully balanced structured acid. There is a herbal edge with great length and loads of complexity which continue to develop with every glass.

Buttermilk Barossa Valley Chardonnay

This Butter Milk Chardonnay is light yellow in appearance with a clear rim. Its jam packed with peaches, ripe apple and hints of honey suckle and orange zest. On the palate, its medium bodied, with frsh acidity on a creamy base with melon, honey, peach and citrus flavours and an unwavering buttery finish.

Pale yellow with olive green hues. Stonefruits are a highlight with citrus and melon flavours combining with a lively acidity. On the palate the wine has a pleasing texture and good length with a clean finish.

Bright green with pale straw edge. Wonderful purity is obvious initially on the nose with fruit driven aromas of melon, peach and a slight hint of nut. Lovely citrus flavours with an array of fruits including, peach, nectarine and melon developing into a secondary layer of flavours of fig, lees and a touch of oak provide a creamy touch. Tight and focused on the finish with great depth of flavour and a lovely touch of natural fruit acidity.
