We want to ensure our loyal customers we are still working with 100% efficiency in regard to deliveries Australia wide even with current lockdowns and restrictions as they have in no way affected our ability to delivery and all orders are being despatched same day or next day. We are continuing to monitor the situation in every state and territory and working closely with our delivery service to ensure safe, no contact and efficient delivery to every corner of Australia.
We have recieved an updated from Australia Post, due to reduced staff and safety protocols we have been advised that the Call For Return collection process will no longer be actioned across Victoria until further notice. You are still able to organise a return with us but this will be manual. You will be supplied with a return label and you can return to your local Post Office at your leisure. If you are unable to return the wines to the post office during this time, you are welcome to wait as we offer a 365 day, from purchase, policy on all returns.
