DESCRIPTION
A lively, fresh wine, characterised by the grassy aromas of the sauvignon blanc with clean lemon citrus semillon flavours on the palate. This popular blend is sourced from two regions, the Hunter Valley in New South Wales and the south west corner of Western Australia. Both parcels were crushed in their respective regions before the sauvignon blanc was brought to the Hunter Valley where both wines were fermented separately. Following a cool fermentation in stainless steel vessels using aromatic yeasts to maximize the grape's fragrant qualities, the wine was quickly filtered and blended to retain its fresh sherbet fruit flavours.
Tyrrells Wines started out way back in 1858 and is without pier today and truly deserves to be considered one of AUSTRALIA'S MOST SUCCESSFUL PRIVATELY OWNED WINE COMPANIES, it also happens to be one of the MOST HIGHLY DECORATED and OLDEST OPERATING WINE COMPANIES in Australia as well!
