A complex wine, with stone fruit characters reminiscent of peach and lycee, an underlying richness provided by time spent on lees combined with a subtle complexity from the malo-ferment. The finish is soft with a hint of fruit sweetness balanced with an approachable acid level to leave a long, savoury, flavoursome finish. Fresh ripe white peach, ripe rockmelon, pear and orange zest.
