Tasting Notes:

Lovely aromas which are quite complex, there are notes of lime, pear and cashew nuts with subdued floral notes of frangipani on the nose. The palate will tempt you with pears, lime and citrus with a lovely acidity, which add depth of flavour. There is a nutty character derived from the oak maturation along with distinct floral notes with a long flavoursome finish.

Technical:

Hand-picked from vineyards located in Margaret River then gently bag pressed to tank before being racked with light solids taken out. Matured in the finest of oak for 6 months then clarified and filtered pre-bottling.
