Plentiful aromas of tropical fruit and freshly chopped capsicum with zesty flavours of ripe fruit salad, just-picked garden herbs and mineral and floral overtones. Classic Marlborough. Bright clarity, with mid straw hue. The wine has the region’s characteristic gooseberry and grapefruit aromas with ripe apple and mineral notes, characteristic of the Renwick sub-region. Fresh, natural acidity gives the wine a freshness that supports the clean, focused flavours and great length. It is finely balanced and can be drunk without further cellaring.
