Tasting Notes:

Pale straw in colour with light lemon sheen. On the nose, a fruit salad of fresh white peach, nectarine and melon displays varietal zesty fruit. The refreshing palate gives an explosion of tingly fruit, and a well balanced acid and citrus fruit finish.

Technical:

The premium fruit for this wine was harvested in the cool hours of night to maintain freshness and flavor. Careful attention in the vineyard was taken to ensure the fruit was harvested at its optimum. Small batches of Chardonnay are processed at night and gently pressed ensuring no excessive extraction occurs. Cool fermentation of the juice is adhered to maintaining varietal freshness and style.
