Tasting Notes:

The fruit used for this wine came from a various vineyards across South Eastern Australia including premium regions like Langhorne and Padthaway of South Australia. It has a fine definition of tropical flavours and very little oak influence. Fresh and vibrant flavours and a defined acid balance.

Technical:

2013 was one of the great vintages for the South Eastern Australia, with a warm to mild summer and lengthy growing periods. The grapes were harvested during the cool of the evening allowing for optimal quality and preservation of the natural fruit flavours. The result is a balanced and beautifully integrated wine.
