Tasting Notes:

Wine bottled exhibits intense aromatic / floral nose with tropical fruit characters of citrus and pineapple, a smooth palate and easy mouth feel.

Technical:

This cool climate Sauvignon Blanc has benefitted from the extended ripening season allowing intense citrus/tropical fruit characters to develop. Fruit was picked at optimum ripeness allowing a fruit driven wine to be produced. Fruit was harvested from their estate grown 12 acre block of 10 year old vines at the Magarey Vineyard.
