Tasting Notes:

A floral and herbaceous bouquet with a splash of tropical fruit, gently oaked and faintly smoky (fumé) characters. Vibrant fruit on the palate through the finish. Long and textured.

Technical:

Gently cold pressed and fermentation completed in specifically chosen Nevers' barriques from a renowned Sancerre's cooper.  The wine is matued on its lees for 8 months, where it gets its particularity and smoky character. The result is a very elegant and unique flinty style with long texture. A gentle cross flow filtration is preferred prior to bottling to retain its flavour.
