Tasting Notes:

A floral and herbaceous bouquet with a splash of tropical fruit, gently oaked, and faintly smokey fum, characters. Vibrant fruit on the palate through the finish Long and textured.

Technical:

Gently cold pressed and fermentation completed in specifically chosen. Nevers barriques from a renowned Sancerre’s cooper. The wine is matured on its lees for 8 months, where it gets its particularity and smoky character.

The result a very elegant and unique flinty style with long texture, A gentle cross flow filtration is preferred prior to bottling to retain its flavour.
