Produced by world renown winemaker Adam Eggins whose long and illustrious winemaking career has included making wine for Seppelts Great Western in Victoria, Eagle hawk in the Clare and Heemskerk/Louis Roederer, Pipers Brook in Tasmania, where he gained valuable experience producing vintage sparkling for Roederer Estate, California. With this wealth of experience Adam has taken all before him at Taylors winning a plethora of awards including trophies for Best New World Riesling at the International Riesling Challenge in Germany and Best Single Estate and Best Cabernet Sauvignon at the International Wine Challenge whilst personally being recognized as Winestate Magazine Australian Winemaker of the Year.
Very pale with a light green tinge. Fresh, lifted tropical fruit aromas of guava and passion fruit along with zesty lemon. A smooth, mouth-filling palate with subtle lemon, lime and juicy passion fruit flavours, finishing clean with refreshing acidity. This is a refreshing wine displaying tropical fruit flavours and the crisp acidity associated with this style.
