Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blancs are noted for their tropical fruit style, rather than being herbaceous. The fruit flavours are full and round while mouth feel is crisp yet soft. The wine is fermented to just off full dryness. The unique flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc variety are expressed brilliantly by this cool climate style.
