Tasting Notes:

Pale straw with light green tinge, the bouquet is a fresh fruit driven style with lime, orange and passionfruit aromas. The palate is zesty, with tropical fruit flavours and light, elegant varietal characters. Excellent fruit acid balance gives an appealing crisp finish.

Technical:

Harvested at the cool of night before the extreme heat wave that occurred late in the ripening season. We crushed the fruit quickly to separate the clear juice from the skins. We used specific yeast for Sauvignon Blanc was used and after a cool fermentation the wine was carefully filtered and bottled to retain all the appealing fruit flavours.
