Andrew Peace Wines has it's origins as a small family owned vineyard in 1980 and consistently out-performs our competitors, making the winery one of the most high profile and successful exporters of quality Australian wines.
Intense aromatic Riesling fruit flavours are the hallmarks of this wine. It has a fine dry palate with a crisp acidity and a long lingering fruit finish. These wines drink freshly and lively when released young, but develop beautifully for 2-4 years. The fresh fruit flavours transform into the rich toasty characters for which aged Riesling from this area is renowned, and this wine is one of Clare Valleys best.
Spring Gully Conservation Park is an important part of the Natural Heritage of the Clare Valley region. This park is the only recerve in South Australia to protect red stringybarks (Eucalytus Machorryncha) and we dedicate this wine to this great Australian landmark.
