As a communications teacher at TAFE and Customer Service Facilitator for Industry, I often discuss good and bad practises for customer service within a given scenario and the effects of each on business. Your email response is the type I would use to a class to explain what 'exceeding customer expectation' means. It shows every ingredient of consummate customer service.
I have often told colleagues about this site with great enthusiasm, given the wines I have received have been exemplary in terms of cost etc.. Your response to my situation, however, has made me even more impressed with Get Wines Direct - which is a direct result of a customer service response like this. Be assured I will be spreading the word with even more enthusiasm. Thank you.
On to the wine situation: can you advise me when Australia Post may be likely to pick up the wines originally delivered and I will organise them in to the box (which I think I still have) they came in. Do you want me to leave them on my front porch which is quite secure?
Also, as I intend to purchase some more wines would it be easier for you to credit $20 to my next order. If not, please advise and I will provide my bank account details.
