The bolter range of wines predominantly draw upon premium wine from Yarraman's Upper Hunter and Gundagai vineyards in NSW. Yarraman's original Hunter vines were planted by Max Schubert (pioneer of Australia’s most famous wine; Grange) with vine cuttings brought over from Magill Estate in the Barossa Valley.
This wine has vibrant crimson hues, deep colour. The bouquet shows dark berry/blackberry, spice, vanillin characters. It shows spices with vanilla and blackberry on the palate characterised by smooth fruit sweetness with a touch of smokiness. Drink now or over next 4 years.
