The bolter range of wines predominantly draw upon premium wine from Yarraman's Upper Hunter and Gundagai vineyards in NSW. Yarraman was amongst the first to plant chardonnay in the Upper Hunter Valley (in 1960) and amongst the oldest chardonnay vines still in production.
This is the perfect Chardonnay for the summer season. Extremely easy drinking it shows aromas of stone-fruit citrus and vanillin characters. The palate is rich peach melon and citrus zest. Extremly morish.
