| Description |
The grapes were handpicked from low cropped vines grown in the cool maritime climate of the Mornington Peninsula. Pinot Noir grapes were left to cold soak on skins overnight before pressing, they then underwent a partial tank ferment which was finished in older French oak barriques. The wine completed a natural malolactic fermentation. This Rosé has the aroma and flavours of liquorice and strawberries. Try it with an endive salad dressed with balsamic vinegar or a potato frittata with rosemary and caramelised onions.
