| Description |
The fruit for this wine has been sourced from some of Australia's premier wine regions. The blend is principally Chenin Blanc, Semillon and Pinot Noir.
Very pale straw with a tiny lively bead. The aromas are intense and perfumed, with floral, apple, straw and citrus notes. The wine has a lively creamy mousse with wild strawberry fruit characters and lemon citrus primary flavours, and melon and pear notes providing complexity. The palate is nicely weighted with balanced acidity and a clean soft finish.
