Based in the Barossa Valley the Cockatoo Ridge brand has been one of the true success stories of the Australian wine industry. Established by Geoff Merrill in the early 90's the Cockatoo Ridge range has grown into an international brand the world over.
This easy drinking Classic Dry Red is a lovely garnet red in colour with youthful purple hues. The bouquet shows vivid chocolate and dark cherry aromas with spicy cinnamon overtones. A fruit driven medium-bodied style displaying chocolate and cassis flavours. These lovely flavours are well complimented by fine, integrated tannins.
