Wine Men Of Gotham Sparkling Brut NV is a blend of fruit from the McLaren Vale, Riverland and Langhorne Creek regions.
Delightfully lifted aromatics on the nose with hints of nuts and tropical fruits. Creamy mousse with nice tight acid to compliment the mouthfeel. The blend is dominated by Chardonnay with some high acid Semillon and big fruit flavour from Verdelho.
Cellaring:
Drink now and for the next 3-5years.
