The FOUNDSTONE Brut Cuvée is light straw in colour and has a fine, persistent bead. aromas of crisp apple, butterscotch and hints of lemon are evident. The palate is fresh and light with flavours of honey and lychees, and finishes with a creamy toastiness and a fine length of flavour.
This NV Brut Cuvee has fresh, crisp apple and citrus aromas, with melon and pear characters on the palate. It's persistant mousse leads to a smooth dry finish.
Ideal to serve with canapés or just as an aperitif. This wine has been made to drink now but will cellar for 2 years.
