DESCRIPTION
An exotic nose with immediate appeal. Already complex. Lovely freshness and tension but strong raspberry flavours too. Great acidity, real punchy racy stuff with lovely fruit and acidity.
All fruit was handpicked from premium Yarra Valley vineyards. On completion of fermentation the wine was gently pressed and transferred to large format hogsheads. 30% new, 30% one year old and the balance in two and three year old oak. After 12 months of barrel maturation, the wine was lightly filtered and bottled.
