DESCRIPTION
Aromas of plum fruits and chocolate and vanilla essence. Sweet shiraz fruits and spicy peppery characters are evident on the palate, which is supported by the integration of tannins. Fermented in stainless steel potter tanks and pumped over four times daily to extract flavour and colour, this shiraz was then matured in large oak casks for a period of eight to twelve months.
