Full bodied Shiraz, hand selected from Trevor's favourite vineyards, aged for 12 months in French oak hogsheads. This wine displays gorgeous raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry flavours.
Parcels of handpicked Shiraz go through full malo-lactic fermentation and are aged in French oak for 12 months. The nose exhibits ripe black berried fruits of mulberry and blackberry aromas with mocha and rich cedary cigar box overtones. Delightful, dense, bright garnet in colour.
The palate is full and supple, displaying classic Barossa Shiraz reminiscent of bright wild berries, earthy and black olives. Fine velvety tannins and naturally balanced acidity, finishing long and flavoursome. Drink now or cellar to 2015.
