Named after the beautiful rolling hills of the Central Ranges, Australia, the Rolling Estate vineyard starts at 1,800 feet above sea level. The continual cool temperatures and intense high-land sunlight, gives the fruit rich color and bright flavors. From this unique cool-climate vineyard we craft intensely flavoured, vibrant wines of exceptional quality.
The 2007 Rolling Shiraz is deep red in color with purple lights. Rich forest berry and ripe plum aromas are supported by supple spices. Dark berry and blackcurrant flavours are underpinned by a lick of vanillan oak. This Shiraz reveals a silky, smooth texture and lovely balance.
