Tasting Notes:

This virtually leaps out of the glass with its burst of black fruits. It has very good weight, depth of flavour and balance. The wine finishes long and will reward careful cellaring.

Technical:

This wine was blended from the best barrels of wine not included in The Olssen Six 2007. It is a blend of Cabernet franc (22%), Merlot (22%), Petit Verdot (21%), Malbec (15%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) and Carmenère (3%).
