DESCRIPTION
100% Estate Grown in the Gimblett Gravels and Dartmoor Valley, this is an iconic Bordeaux blend of Merlot 76% Malbec 14% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%. The wine was matured in 1,2 and 3-year-old French oak barrels for 10 months. Deep black cherry in colour, with a purple hue. Fruit driven lifted style displaying spicy berry fruit with notes of fruit cake and leather with chocolate and hints of toasty oak. Soft, full bodied wine with elegant fruit and gentle tannins and a smooth finish.
