Tasting Notes:

Quintessentially Australian, this Shiraz is dark crimson in colour with purple hues and displays inviting aromas of ripe berries plum and black pepper which are complemented by lovely oak and fruit spice. The palate is soft yet full bodied has sweet, fruit flavours of plum, blackcurrant and mocha following on to an excellent oak finish with soft tannins.

Technical:

Originally produced and developed for the USA market the Marquis Philip's range of wines were praised from there very first few vintages in the early 2000's as "the greatest red wine values in existence" by none other than the world's most acclaimed wine critic Robert Parker Jr. With ratings up to 99 points for wines under the Marquis Philip's brand these wines continued to take the US by storm and became cult type wines the world over after Mr Parker's reviews. The White Feather range is a new range of wines under this label and are drinking an absolute treat.
