Tasting Notes:

Brick red with crimson hues, it has a bouquet of ripe black cherries and lifted notes of vanilla oak. It has a medium bodied palate and has a beautiful balance of cassis fruits and oak spice. It has well integrated soft tannins and great length of flavor.

Technical:

Cool night harvesting was followed by fermentation in small open fermenters. Post pressing, this wine was matured for 18 months, with a portion in American oak barrels. Careful blending has allowed us to deliver a wine with wonderful balance and flavour.
