Tasting Notes:

Lifted aromas of chocolate and dark cherries, combine with a richly flavoured palate of spicy, ripe plum and hints of oak. The wine is round and generous, balancing soft tannins and a lingering fresh fruit finish.

Technical:

2012 vintage's lower yields helped to produce intensity and superb quality. Blessed with good winter rains and a cooler than average summer, winemakers welcomed quality parcels of fruit displaying outstanding colour, excellent varietal definition and flavour.
