Produced by world renown winemaker Adam Eggins whose long and illustrious winemaking career has included making wine for Seppelts Great Western in Victoria, Eaglehawk in the Clare and Heemskerk/Louis Roederer, Pipers Brook in Tasmania, where he gained valuable experience producing vintage sparkling for Roederer Estate, California. With this wealth of experience Adam has taken all before him at Taylors winning a plethora of awards including trophies for Best New World Riesling at the International Riesling Challenge in Germany and Best Single Estate and Best Cabernet Sauvignon at the International Wine Challenge whilst personally being recognized as Winestate Magazine Australian Winemaker of the Year.
