Tasting Notes:

Ruby red in colour, this is a soft, yet fruit driven wine with lovely aromas of cassis and raspberry that follow through onto the palate and are followed by well rounded tannins to finish.

Technical:

Traditional, cold maceration, control of the temperatures, 3 weeks of fermentation, malolactic fermentation. 90% Merlot 7% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon
