DESCRIPTION
Deep crimson, mauve hues. Aromas of cherry syrup with a hint of oak. Flavours of black cherry, blood plum and berry fruits with some underlying oak. Firm tannins mingle with the flavours to produce a lingering dry finish.
This latest release of Shiraz is similar in style to earlier releases under the Buller label – it is medium to full-bodied with plenty of flavour. These characteristics make for an excellent food wine, well suited to a wide range of dishes including roasts, stews, grilled red meats, game, and pasta.
