Tasting Notes:

This wine has a radiant ruby sheen with a fragrant nose and lifted cherry aromas, balanced by a touch of spice. The palate has red berry fruits with the softest hint of spritz. There remains crispness and acidity to balance the full fruit flavours.

Technical:

The grapes were picked in the cool of night to retain the intense spicy and fragrant aromas. A long, cool ferment encapsulated these aromas on the palate and maintained the natural acidity to balance the wine.

In 1985 BVE was formed by eighty 3rd and 4th generation grape growers who shared a passion for producing fine wines that truly reflect the character of the Barossa. The Entourage range of wines are testament to the vision of the grape growers, winemakers and the entourage of people who contribute to produce them.
