The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Wairau Valley of Marlborough, New Zealand. Distinctively Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in a medium bodied style.Fresh and fruit driven with aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and pineapple.
The palate shows a classic partnership of herbaceous & tropical fruit characters with attractive balance and long length of flavours. Classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

The 2007 Rolling Shiraz is deep red in color with purple lights. Rich forest berry and ripe plum aromas are supported by supple spices. Dark berry and blackcurrant flavours are underpinned by a lick of vanillan oak. This Shiraz reveals a silky, smooth texture and lovely balance.

Intense aromatic Riesling fruit flavours are the hallmarks of this wine. It has a fine dry palate with a crisp acidity and a long lingering fruit finish. These wines drink freshly and beautifully for 2 to 4 years. The fresh fruit flavours transform into the rich toasty characters for which aged Riesling from this area is renowned, and this wine is one the Clare Valley's best.

Intense brick red in colour. The bouquet shows good berry fruit characters, great complexity and depth. Lovely upfront black forest berries fill out the palate, with integrated oak, a powerful palate, great length and firm tannins.
