What information is collected?
The personal information Get Wines Direct collects from you generally includes your name, address, telephone number/s, Email Address and information required for order processing and payment. Get Wines Direct may also collect information from you concerning your preferred wine type/s or other related products or services.

Get Wines Direct collects your personal information through a range of sources including the membership form you fill in to view our web site and upon joining Get Wines Direct. Information you provide over the telephone to a sales consultant or member of our Customer Service team, surveys and questionnaires, competition entries, and at any Get Wines Direct related events, locations and functions.
What happens if you don't provide personal information?
If you can't or won't provide Get Wines Direct with the personal information it reasonably requires, we may not be able to provide you with information, products or services you wish to buy or receive.

Pie in the Sky Competition
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of Get Wines Direct, Collingwood Football Club and Pie in the Sky and their immediate families, and all companies and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Overall promotional period commences on Tuesday 1st November 2011 at 09:00am AEDST and closes on Tuesday 31st January 2012 at 5:00pm AEDST (“Promotional Period”).
Entry is limited to one entry per valid email address.
Only one travel voucher per winner.
Current Get Wines Direct subscribers may enter as long as they enter through the Collingwood Football Club www.collingwoodfc.com.au or on the Get Wines Direct website www.getwinesdirect.com.
Entries can only be made via the competition link on our website. Walk ins, phone orders or normal web orders placed will not be valid for this promotion.
Decisions are final and may not be challenged in any jurisdiction for any reason whatsoever. The winner will be selected at random. If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the competition draw, a re-draw will occur.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Get Wines Direct will not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
By entering this competition you allow your email address to be used for Get Wines Direct marketing purposes.
By accepting the travel vouchers, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and photograph, suburb and state of residence and/or details included in submissions for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which Get Wines Direct and the Collingwood Football Club may deem appropriate.
